Level Up Your Morning

Starting your day with purpose, and being in control of your morning helps you to achieve more, think clearly, and do work that actually matters. It stops you from stumbling through your day being pulled in every direction by various demands and make sure you get the most important things done.

Most people wake up when they have to…Either when their alarm goes off for work, or their Child or animal wakes them…immediately before you have even woken up properley you have demands placed on you…something you MUST do. Waking up earlier has so many benefits, as we will discuss, but the primary lifechanging part of it is that you start your day on your terms. You are in control. You have time for you.
Developing a morning routine, (even as little as 5 mins, but ideally an hour) that helps prepare you for your day is critical to help you level up. There are many resources available online to help develop the ideal morning routine for you, but a good place to start is with this book from our library.
